David May

President of Swarm Energy Partners, LLC

President and Managing Member of Swarm Resources LLC,. Mr. May has over 28 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry. He founded The Riverside Group LLC in 2003 and continues to serve as its Managing Member, while consulting buyers and sellers who are looking to divest and/or re deploy capital in oil and gas reserves, overrides, royalties and minerals. Mr. May was a Co-Founder and President of Acquisitions for Transcoastal Corporation, a publically held E&P Company from 1998 to 2015. He also served as Managing Partner of Transcoastal’s operating company, CoreTerra Operating LLC. Mr. May was instrumental in Transcoastal’s funding efforts of its proven undeveloped acreage and Transcoastal Partners’ Joint Ventures. He was responsible for lease acquisition and working directly with prospect generation sources to conduct the proper due diligence associated with those properties. In 1995, he became a Senior Vice President and registered broker for Cambridge Financial Corporation, a NASD Broker Dealer which specialized in preferred stock, debt, and venture capital offerings of emerging growth companies. Mr. May served as Vice President of Dallas based Kinlaw Petroleum from 1991 to 1995, where he structured and funded Joint Ventures in Texas and the Gulf of Mexico. Mr. May studied Environmental Sciences at The University of Buffalo where he earned All American status in football from 1983 to 1986.

Travis C. Romero

Vice President of Investor Relations

Travis joined Swarm Resources, LLC in October 2019. Mr. Romero has 8 years of experience in the oil and gas services sector. Prior to his employment with Swarm Resources Mr. Romero worked as a third party contractor through Intermoor and Delta Constructors for companies such as Anadarko, British Petroleum, ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips, Murphy Oil, Shell, and Chevron. He enjoyed working for these oil companies in locations such as West Africa, South America, The Gulf of Mexico, and West Texas.

Kelly Nutt

Business Development Manager

Mr. Nutt has over 15 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry. He brings a wealth of experience to Swarm as he served as Vice-President at Transcoastal Corp. from 2003-2005. Mr Nutt then founded JK Resources, and served as Owner/Managing Partner 2005-2016.

Mr Nutt studied Business Management at Stephen F Austin University. He lettered in football in 1980 and 1981.

Mr Nutt is married and has two children and six grandchildren.
